So some people pursue their dream. Douglas has been on my boat 3 times and we have done really well! This day was no different! We got a 42 inch snook for the first fish in the boat. You have to understand that I am superstitious and to have someone get on my boat and say I don’t want to catch redfish. It is like a guarantee that all we will catch is redfish if you do that! So the first trip was like that. The second trip we worked at getting the snook and did. But I told Doug the next time he comes fishing he has to say he only wants to catch redfish and he will catch only snook. Well low and behold what do you think happened!!! A true trophy! really great fish and a fight of a life time! He had hooked one on a earlier trip but it snapped us off! This one was on a 1/0 hook and 20 lb fluorocarbon! OHYEAHWEEE!!! Nice fish!
