How cool is it to give back to those who have given sooo much! I mean I could never make up for what these guys have given for my freedom!!!
I was blessed enough to have some time with my children and had them come with me to go get some Snook, Reds and Trout. Captain Jim Lemke called and asked if I could help out the guys down out of the American Legion. My son and daughter were allowed to go on a pontoon boat helping out some wounded warriors! The tide was out and we got some snapper, flounder, jacks and other species but the idea was to have a great time on the water! We made due with what we could and had a great time that was enjoyed by all! Try to give of yourself every once in a while and you will find perspective. It is a great thing!
I also got to meet a really nice guy named Red! One of these days we will go out again on my boat!
Be good and be good at it! Remember how we got here!
