Again, we went north to catch the tide and the snook and reds showed up along with the slams. Sometimes, we had to go the extra mile for that to happen but with a little effort, we surely made it happen. The grouper are here and some are very large. This was a 36 inch grouper on light tackle. We got these and tarpons as well as a black tip shark, bull and hammer head on the same spots. Along the way, we got a flounder mackerel and a snapper too!
With a little variety, we got the kids involved. This girl got the big snook and I had a hard time getting her off the phone but she did it all herself. That was cool!
