This months Report: Fishing The Flats Bay and Nearshore waters has been real good on the incoming tide. Not so much on the dead low when there is negative water.
It is very hard to get to the fish and they are really spooky! But give them some fresh moving water and some live frisky baits and you get your limits! Great snook, redfish and trout action. Even got a Aligator Gar on one of my trips. Really cool! Bonita, Spanish mackerel, king mackerel, Jack Crevalle, Snapper, Snook, Trout, Redfish, Flounder and one trip the ladyfish were just everywhere. We had to fish shallow to get rid of them! So come fishing as when the cold happens which I hope it does we will get a nice reprieve and a hot bite on Permit, Pompano, Tarpon, Shark, Sheepshead, Black Seabass etc!
